Pursuant to paragraphs 45 (1) (a), 45 (1), (b) j and 45 (1) k of the Cree Niskapi (of Quebec) Act, the Cree Nation of Mistissini acting through its Council at a meeting held in Mistissini on April 22, 2013, hereby enacts the present By-Law on Labour Standards and Construction
